NRWO - FSR World Championship in 2020

Yes you read that right, the NRWO is planning to enter the Formula SimRacing World Championship in 2020 and in 2020 only, In the last couple of years we had much better luck here and there, the NRWO got a good few points finishes in the FSR ACA division including a 2nd place at the red-flagged Azerbaijani Grand Prix, elsewhere in VOWS in a few seasons we had a couple of strong performances and points finishes until Season 4 in which was stressful and when we said we was going to get serious for 2019, we didn't hold back on our word, now we need to back that up when for one year we enter what is to be proclaimed as the pinnacle of Virtual Motorsport on rFactor 2.

Driver Requirements -
Active communications (Mainly in English)
Upmost Dedication (Attend nearly all races)
Consistency
Experience can be taken into consideration as well

Long term goal
Consistently finishing in the points and finish on the podium now and again

Also, I'm opening up staffing positions in an attempt to get through the 2020 season in a Professional and Enduring manner, so the following positions are:

Technical Director - 1 EMPTY SPACE
TD's role is to sort out the WC race weekend strategy, they will work with the Manager and Owner as well as the driver's to ensure that the race will run as much to their plan as possible.

Race Engineers - 2 EMPTY SPACES
RE's role is to help out the drivers, communication with an assigned driver during the race and help out the drivers finding a suitable circuit setup

Marketing Director - 1 EMPTY SPACE
MD's role is promote the brand of the team and attract potential sponsors as well, they will work with the Manager and Owner to try and get the team promoted in any way possible
