Current High Bid @ €100 (reserve not yet met). 21.7.2016

Get yourself kitted up like a Pro with big savings.

For Sale

Complete set of Thrustmaster TX Leather wheel and add on T3PA 3 pedal set.
UPDATE: The wheels have been upgraded to the Alcantara version featuring a brand that we can't name. The wheel centre badge now features a prancing horse with a very Italian look.
The wheel rim is a replica of the 599XX type.

NB It is no longer XBOX compatible. Just PC and PS3, PS4.

As part of the generous sponsorship by Thrustmaster, Formula Sim Racing has received two sets of the following comprehensive racing peripherals.

TX Racing Wheel servo base.
TM Leather GT Wheel (see update above)
T3PA 3 pedal set
Total Retail Value =£399/ €469

They are part of the Thrustmaster "Ecosystem" so are compatible with other add on products.

Check it out via the link posted HERE
And video review below.
Firsty the T300 base. (Note our set comes with the upgraded T3PA pedals not the standard 2 pedal set seen here)
Secondly a review of the exclusive Alcantara Rim which alone is priced at €180.
They will be offered for sale (as a complete set) initially to FSR drivers with the funds raised from the sale going into the prize money coffers.
The method of sale will be an auction.

Place your bid in Euros by making a PM to David O'Reilly.
We will then update in this thread showing anonymously the current highest bid.

A bid is a firm commitment to buy the goods so do not bid if you are not sure.
The highest bidder will win the auction as long as our reserve price is met.
The reserve price is significantly lower than the retail prices listed above.
If the reserve is not met the goods will be auctioned to the general public.
FSR driver exclusivity of this Auction will conclude at the finish of the first WC race after the summer break.
However as there are two sets to sell we may accept an offer prior to that date.
We will keep this thread up to date with any offers.

The small print.
The goods will be located in the UK. Shipping costs are to be borne by the purchaser.
We will not separate the items. If you dont want some items you can always sell them on to someone else or team up with some mates to purchase it all together.
The retail prices shown are correct to the best of our knowledge but please make your own enquiries and do not rely solely on this advice.

Thankyou and good luck

Ok its the summer break. I hope someone makes some cash mowing lawns or something so we can sell these wheels to FSR drivers.
I mean how would we all feel if we had to put them on ebay and they end up being used by some punter for Project Cars or similar.

If you are considering bidding but havent quite gathered together the full amount , Just a note to let you know that since the majority if disbursements for prizemoney etc happen after the season, we are quite happy to accept a deposit from the successful bidder with the balance payable b4 the last round in November.
So you wont need to pay the full amount at the close of bidding.

You can win the bidding, put say €100 down and settle the final amount in November.
The wheels will be shipped when full payment is made.

Bit of research for you.
The cheapest price I found so far....
This wheel system is £334. (€394) plus shipping on Amazon currently.

Just to remind drivers that at the conclusion of the WC race in Spa in 10 days time the FSR driver exclusivity on this auction will expire.

We will then be casting the net wider such as ebay to sell the packages.

The second wheel has now been sold.
We sold it to an FSR driver for the same price we got after ebay took their 10% from the first one and the small loss we took on shipping as ebay set a maximum delivery charge on the category. IE €280.

That concludes this process. Thankyou for your attention.
