Penalty Modifications for Brazil
For the final race of the 2020 season, grid penalties will NOT carry over to the next race/season. So time penalties will NOT be converted to grid penalties as we normally do.
All penalties stay within the 2020 Season (unless it is a penalty against someones license such as penalty points, cheating etc. as per Race Direction's discretion)
