Prior to the partnership, ACR merged with Mike Pitman's Vod:Bul Motorsports. VBM have competitive teams in VEC and GPVWC. VBM was home to McLaren WFG winner Rudy van Buren. Rudy and VBM just came from winning the GPVWC Super League Drivers and Constructors championships along with fellow driver Risto Kappet.
